The more you sleep the less you're rested

Everyone has got a lot of problems with the sleep. A good part of them don't have enough time to spleep enough, but there's a trick with which we can deceive our brain pretending to have slept more than we really had.

 

The trick consist to persuade yourself to have slept something like 8 hours before and after the sleeping.

 

Let's see how it works:

 

- fall in a status of total relax

 

- repeat something like " i'm going to sleep 8 hours" or "when i'll be awake i'ìll be rested"

 

You cannot imagine how much it works, everything about world deceive your brain, you can do the same and believe in everything!
